Key Responsibilities
- Prepare samples and reagents according to established protocols and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Perform routine laboratory tests and analyses accurately and efficiently under supervision.
- Maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness.
- Accurately record and document experimental data, observations, and results in lab notebooks or digital systems.
- Adhere strictly to all laboratory safety guidelines, protocols, and waste disposal procedures.
- Assist senior technicians and scientists with complex experiments and research projects.
- Manage laboratory inventory, including ordering, receiving, and stocking supplies.
- Clean and sterilize laboratory glassware and equipment.
- Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance technical skills and scientific knowledge.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of laboratory safety procedures.
