Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct pre-flight safety checks of the cabin, ensuring all emergency equipment is serviceable and accessible.
  • Welcome passengers, assist with stowing carry-on luggage, and direct them to their seats.
  • Deliver mandatory safety demonstrations and ensure passengers are aware of safety procedures.
  • Provide exceptional in-flight customer service, attending to passenger needs and requests.
  • Serve food, beverages, and duty-free products with efficiency and a friendly demeanor.
  • Manage and respond effectively to in-flight incidents, including medical emergencies, disruptive passengers, and security threats.
  • Administer first aid and provide calm reassurance during emergency situations.
  • Ensure strict adherence to all aviation safety regulations, security protocols, and company policies.
  • Complete all required paperwork and reports accurately, including incident reports and sales logs.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a cabin crew team, fostering a positive and supportive environment.
  • Maintain a high standard of personal presentation and grooming at all times.

Required Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and quick decision-making under pressure
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service with empathy and professionalism
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken)
  • Ability to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Physical fitness to perform duties, including lifting luggage and standing for extended periods
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Minimum height requirement (typically 5'2" or 158cm without shoes)
  • Valid passport with no travel restrictions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a customer service role (e.g., hospitality, retail, healthcare)
  • Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, German, Spanish, Arabic)
  • Experience in an international and multicultural environment
  • Knowledge of aviation safety and first aid procedures
  • Holds a valid Cabin Crew Attestation (CCA) from a European EASA member state (or equivalent)
