Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain robust bioinformatics pipelines for the analysis of large-scale genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis and data mining on biological data to identify significant patterns, correlations, and discoveries.
- Interpret complex biological results and communicate findings effectively to multidisciplinary teams through reports, presentations, and interactive visualizations.
- Collaborate closely with experimental biologists and clinicians to design studies, analyze data, and provide expert bioinformatics support.
- Contribute to the development of novel algorithms and computational methods to address specific research questions and enhance analytical capabilities.

Required Skills
