Key Responsibilities
- Craft exceptional cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and speed.
- Engage actively with guests, providing personalized recommendations and contributing to a vibrant atmosphere.
- Maintain an immaculate, organized, and fully stocked bar area at all times.
- Manage inventory efficiently, including ordering, receiving, and rotating stock.
- Process transactions accurately using our POS system and handle cash responsibly.
- Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and liquor licensing regulations.
- Collaborate seamlessly with kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Contribute to menu development by suggesting new drink ideas and seasonal specials.
- Perform opening and closing duties, ensuring the bar is ready for service or securely closed.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment (minimum 1 year).
- Extensive knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and classic/contemporary cocktail preparation techniques.
- Exceptional customer service and strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in cash handling and operating point-of-sale (POS) systems.

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Right to work in the UK.
