Key Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls, directing enquiries, and scheduling appointments efficiently using our practice management system.
  • Process patient registrations, update personal details, and maintain the confidentiality of all patient records.
  • Handle patient queries regarding appointments, services, and general clinic information with professionalism and empathy.
  • Process payments, manage billing enquiries, and accurately reconcile daily transactions.
  • Maintain a tidy, organised, and professional reception and waiting area.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, mail handling, and stock management.
  • Liaise with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow and effective communication within the clinic.
