Hiring.zycto is seeking a skilled and proactive Maintenance Worker specializing in Repairs & Fixing to join our dedicated team in Bonnington, Edinburgh. This vital role involves maintaining the optimal functionality and appearance of our facilities through comprehensive repair and maintenance work. Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks on building systems and equipment.
- Execute timely and effective repairs across various trades including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general building fabric.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and structural issues accurately.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests, prioritizing urgent repairs.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as a Maintenance Worker, Handyperson, or similar role focusing on repairs.
- Demonstrable proficiency in multiple trades (e.g., plumbing, basic electrical, carpentry, painting, general building repairs).
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities to identify and rectify faults efficiently.
- Competence in using a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
