Job Description
The Merchandiser – Product Display & Arrangement role at Hiring.zycto is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and visually creative individual to make a significant impact on how products are presented and perceived in retail environments across Gilmerton, Edinburgh. Key Responsibilities
- Execute visual merchandising strategies and planograms according to brand guidelines.
- Arrange and display products attractively to optimize sales and customer engagement.
- Maintain high standards of product presentation, including cleanliness, tidiness, and correct pricing.
- Monitor stock levels, rotate products, and replenish shelves as needed.
- Set up and dismantle promotional displays and seasonal layouts.
- Collect and report on competitor activities, market trends, and display effectiveness.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store staff and management.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and operational procedures.
- Provide feedback on product performance and display challenges.
