Key Responsibilities
- Stock shelves, rotate products, and maintain attractive and organized product displays.
- Assist customers with finding products and answer basic inquiries in a friendly and helpful manner.
- Ensure store cleanliness and adherence to health and safety standards in all work areas.
- Process incoming shipments, verify contents against invoices, and store products appropriately.
- Monitor product freshness, remove expired items, and minimize waste.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records.
- Operate basic store equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., pallet jack, hand truck, if trained).
