Job Description

Hiring.zycto is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Ad Manager with a strong focus on Social Media and PPC (Pay-Per-Click) advertising to join our dynamic marketing team in Kincorth, Aberdeen. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across various platforms to drive client success and achieve key performance indicators.

You will be the strategic mind behind our clients’ paid acquisition efforts, from initial strategy conception to meticulous execution and ongoing optimization. This involves a deep understanding of Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially TikTok advertising platforms. Your day-to-day will include everything from keyword research and audience segmentation to bid management, creative testing, and in-depth performance analysis. We’re looking for someone who can not only manage campaigns but also interpret data to provide actionable insights, identify new opportunities, and articulate campaign performance clearly to clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage high-performing PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and other relevant search platforms.
  • Design and execute engaging social media advertising campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, competitive analysis, and audience segmentation to identify target demographics and campaign opportunities.
  • Manage and optimize campaign budgets, bids, and ad placements to achieve maximum ROI and meet client performance goals.
  • Create compelling ad copy and work with design teams to develop engaging visual assets for all ad campaigns.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using various analytics tools, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • A/B test ad creatives, landing pages, and campaign settings to continuously improve performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, platform changes, and best practices in paid digital advertising.
  • Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams regarding campaign strategy, performance, and future opportunities.

Required Skills

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Bing Ads.
  • 3+ years of experience managing social media ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Proven track record of successfully managing significant advertising budgets and achieving measurable results (ROAS, CPA, CPL).
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
  • Expertise in keyword research, audience targeting, and bid management strategies.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing principles and performance marketing metrics.
  • Ability to write compelling, concise ad copy that drives conversions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Google Ads certifications (Search, Display, Shopping, Video).
  • Facebook Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with programmatic advertising or other advanced digital ad platforms.
  • Prior agency experience managing multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) best practices.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how they integrate with PPC efforts.
