Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately file, retrieve, and archive patient health records, both physical and electronic, ensuring proper identification and confidentiality.
  • Maintain the integrity and completeness of patient records by identifying and correcting discrepancies.
  • Process requests for patient information, adhering strictly to data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and internal policies.
  • Assist with the scanning and digitisation of paper documents into our electronic record systems.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence related to patient records.
  • Provide administrative support to clinical staff as required, ensuring smooth daily operations.
  • Participate in regular audits and quality checks of record-keeping systems.
  • Assist with the preparation and organisation of medical charts for appointments and clinics.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, with a strong emphasis on patient confidentiality and data security.
