Key Responsibilities
- Meticulously review and proofread a wide array of content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax errors.
- Ensure strict adherence to company style guides, brand voice, and client-specific requirements across all materials.
- Verify factual accuracy, cross-referencing information where necessary to prevent misrepresentation.
- Check for consistency in formatting, layout, hyphenation, capitalization, and numerical data.
- Collaborate with writers, content creators, and other team members to clarify content ambiguities and suggest improvements.
- Provide clear, constructive feedback to content creators to enhance future writing quality.
- Manage multiple proofreading projects simultaneously, ensuring all deadlines are met without compromising quality.
- Stay updated with best practices in proofreading and editing, as well as evolving language standards.
Required Skills
- Exceptional command of the English language, including grammar, spelling, punctuation, and syntax.
