Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the comprehensive planning and execution of live concert events from inception to completion.
- Develop detailed production schedules, budgets, and operational plans for each event.
- Liaise effectively with artists, management teams, agents, venues, and vendors (e.g., sound, lighting, staging, security, catering).
- Manage event budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met.
- Recruit, train, and supervise event staff, volunteers, and technical crews.
- Coordinate all logistical elements, including travel, accommodation, transportation, and equipment setup.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines and licensing requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact on-site during events, resolving issues and making critical decisions in real-time.
- Conduct post-event evaluations, gather feedback, and prepare reports for continuous improvement.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, venues, and talent, optimizing value and service quality.
- Manage ticketing operations and collaborate with marketing teams to promote events.
Required Skills
- Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in live event management, specifically within the music industry.
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Strong financial acumen and experience managing large event budgets.
