Key Responsibilities

  • Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
  • Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • List and market properties for sale, including professional photography, virtual tours, and engaging descriptions.
  • Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
  • Prepare and present offers, guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions.
  • Facilitate open houses and networking events to generate leads and expand client base.
  • Stay current with real estate market trends, property laws, and local regulations in Arbour Lake and Calgary.
  • Utilize CRM tools and marketing platforms to manage leads, track progress, and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with lenders, home inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transaction closings.

Required Skills

  • Valid Real Estate License in Alberta.
  • Proven track record in sales, customer service, or a related field.
