Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and personalized service.
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to advise clients on property values, market trends, and investment opportunities.
- Show properties to prospective buyers, highlighting key features and benefits.
- List and market properties for sale, including professional photography, virtual tours, and engaging descriptions.
- Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts, ensuring favorable terms for clients.
- Prepare and present offers, guiding clients through the complexities of real estate transactions.
- Facilitate open houses and networking events to generate leads and expand client base.
- Stay current with real estate market trends, property laws, and local regulations in Arbour Lake and Calgary.

Required Skills
