Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform assembly, testing, and troubleshooting of manufacturing equipment and products.
  • Operate and maintain production machinery, including automated systems and diagnostic tools.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality control standards and specifications.
  • Conduct preventive maintenance on equipment and perform timely repairs to minimize downtime.
  • Document production activities, test results, and maintenance logs accurately.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to process optimization.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with engineering, quality assurance, and other production teams.

Required Skills

  • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude
  • Proficiency in reading schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
  • Experience with precision measurement tools (calipers, micrometers, multimeters)
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex equipment
  • Ability to operate various hand and power tools safely
  • Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine control
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Technical diploma or associate's degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering Technology

  • Prior experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment
