Join a collaborative culture where your expertise in translating complex ideas into manufacturable designs is not just valued, but essential to our collective success and growth.
Job Description
The CAD Designer at Hiring.zycto will be an integral part of our engineering and production teams, responsible for translating conceptual designs into detailed 2D and 3D models ready for manufacturing. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of mechanical principles, and expert-level proficiency in CAD software. You will collaborate closely with mechanical engineers, product managers, and skilled trades professionals to develop innovative solutions for a diverse range of industrial products. Your primary objective will be to ensure that all designs are accurate, manufacturable, and conform to stringent quality and industry standards, including ASME Y14.5.
You will be tasked with creating precise technical drawings, detailed assembly instructions, and comprehensive bills of materials (BOMs). This involves not only initial design work but also iterating on existing designs based on feedback from prototyping, testing, and production phases. A crucial aspect of this role is understanding the practical implications of design choices on manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, sheet metal fabrication, and assembly. Your input will be vital in identifying and resolving potential design conflicts or manufacturability challenges early in the development cycle, thereby optimizing production efficiency and reducing costs.
Hiring.zycto is dedicated to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence. As a CAD Designer, you will have opportunities to contribute to design reviews, offer creative solutions to complex engineering problems, and stay abreast of the latest advancements in CAD technology and manufacturing techniques. We seek a proactive individual who is passionate about bringing ideas to life through meticulous design and who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. If you are a driven CAD professional eager to leave a tangible mark on next-generation industrial products and systems, we encourage you to apply and become a key player in our success story. Your creativity and technical prowess will directly influence the quality and performance of our cutting-edge manufacturing solutions.
