We are searching for an individual with an unwavering passion for live performance, a keen eye for detail, and a robust understanding of lighting technology. You will be instrumental in designing, setting up, operating, and maintaining state-of-the-art lighting systems that transform ordinary venues into breathtaking visual spectacles for a diverse range of artists and genres. Our commitment is to elevate every performance, ensuring that the visual experience is as compelling and memorable as the music itself.

Your work will directly shape how an audience perceives a performance, making you a vital part of the live magic.

Your day-to-day will involve a comprehensive range of tasks from pre-production planning, fixture programming using consoles like grandMA2/3, Avolites, or Hog, and DMX addressing, to on-site rigging, precise focusing of moving heads and conventional fixtures, and flawless show operation. You will be expected to troubleshoot technical issues under pressure, rapidly diagnosing and resolving problems to maintain seamless production flow. Ensuring all equipment is safe, fully functional, and meticulously maintained is paramount, and you will continually adapt to evolving show requirements and last-minute changes with composure and efficiency.

We value technicians who are proactive, excellent problem-solvers, and possess a strong commitment to safety, efficiency, and continuous learning. At Hiring.zycto, you’ll find an environment that encourages innovation and professional growth, providing opportunities to work with the latest lighting technologies and develop your skills across a diverse portfolio of live events.
