Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy aligned with overall business goals.
  • Manage and oversee all social media content, ensuring brand consistency and engagement across various platforms.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a 'social' way, fostering community engagement and nurturing brand advocates.
  • Conduct competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, and audience identification.
  • Create, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, news, and GIFs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling multimedia content and campaigns.
  • Optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
  • Track and analyze social media data, reporting on key metrics, insights, and campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies, social media trends, design tools, and applications.
  • Develop and manage social media advertising campaigns, monitoring budget and performance.
  • Implement best practices for SEO across social media channels to enhance organic reach.

Required Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (minimum 3 years).
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social media best practices.
  • Demonstrable experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video).
  • Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
  • Familiarity with web design and publishing.
  • Exceptional multitasking and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) for content creation.
