Job Description
We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Finance Officer specializing in Budgeting and Accounts Reconciliation to join our vibrant finance team at Hiring.zycto. Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed financial reports, variance analysis, and commentary for management review.
- Support the month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Assist with internal and external audits, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Develop and implement improvements to financial processes, systems, and controls.
- Collaborate with departmental heads to gather budgetary inputs and provide financial guidance.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and accounting standards.
Required Skills
- Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
