Key Responsibilities
- Lead the annual budgeting process, including forecasting, expenditure control, and performance monitoring across all departments.
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive financial policies and procedures in line with regulatory standards and best practices (e.g., IFRS, UK GAAP).
- Provide strategic financial leadership and advice to the Executive Board and senior management on all financial matters.
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and reporting, presenting clear, concise insights into financial performance to key stakeholders.
- Manage financial risks and opportunities, developing proactive strategies to mitigate adverse impacts and leverage potential gains.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, internal controls, and corporate governance requirements, fostering a culture of integrity.
