Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels, ensuring real-time synchronisation between the online store and physical stock.
- Process customer orders efficiently, overseeing the complete fulfilment cycle from packing to dispatch.
- Coordinate with logistics partners to schedule pickups, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Implement and manage online promotional campaigns, discounts, and merchandising strategies to drive sales.
- Analyse e-commerce performance data (traffic, conversion rates, sales) and provide regular reports with actionable insights.
- Manage customer inquiries related to orders, products, and deliveries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Stay up-to-date with e-commerce trends, platform updates, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure the online store adheres to SEO best practices for improved visibility.

Required Skills
- Proven experience as an E-commerce Specialist or similar role.
