Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the loading, unloading, and transportation of film equipment.
- Support various departments including camera, lighting, grip, and sound as directed.
- Aid in the setup and breakdown of sets, props, and other production elements.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment on set.
- Run errands and perform various tasks to support the production's needs.
- Operate basic production equipment under supervision when required.
- Follow all safety protocols and production guidelines meticulously.
- Communicate effectively with team members and department heads to ensure smooth operations.
- Adapt to changing production schedules and demands with a positive attitude.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience in film, television, or media production.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
- Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Basic understanding of film production workflow and terminology.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work long and irregular hours, including nights and weekends, as production demands.
Preferred Qualifications
- Formal education or certification in film production, broadcasting, or a related field.

- Valid G-class driver's license and a clean driving record.
- First Aid and CPR certification.
