Key Responsibilities

  • Attend court sessions, maintain order, and accurately record proceedings and dispositions.
  • Prepare, issue, and process a variety of legal documents, including warrants, summonses, subpoenas, and orders.
  • Manage and organize court files, exhibits, and evidence, ensuring their security and accessibility.
  • Schedule court dates, manage judicial calendars, and ensure all relevant parties are notified.
  • Communicate effectively with judges, lawyers, law enforcement, and the public regarding court procedures and schedules.
  • Process fines, fees, and other payments, maintaining precise financial records.
  • Perform data entry and maintain electronic and physical record-keeping systems with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Adhere strictly to confidentiality protocols and legal ethics in handling sensitive information.
  • Provide information and assistance to the public regarding court processes in a professional and courteous manner.
