Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the private estate's operations, including facilities, grounds, and household management, ensuring impeccable standards are consistently met.
- Recruit, train, supervise, and manage all household staff (e.g., housekeepers, gardeners, maintenance personnel), fostering a harmonious and efficient working environment.
- Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance schedules and preventative measures for all estate properties, systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, smart home), and landscaping.
- Prepare, manage, and reconcile detailed estate budgets, track expenses, and provide regular, transparent financial reports to the principals.
- Coordinate and oversee all vendor and contractor relationships, negotiating contracts, scheduling services, and ensuring quality work and timely completion for repairs, renovations, and special projects.
- Implement and maintain robust security protocols and systems, ensuring the privacy, safety, and confidentiality of the principals and the estate at all times.
- Manage inventory of household supplies, fine art, wine cellars, valuable collections, and other assets, ensuring proper care and documentation.
- Plan, organize, and execute special events, private dinners, and gatherings as required, managing logistics and staffing.
- Act as the primary point of contact and liaison for the principals regarding all estate-related matters, demonstrating excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Oversee vehicle fleet maintenance, registration, and scheduling, ensuring vehicles are always in pristine condition.
- Implement sustainable practices and technologies where appropriate to enhance efficiency and environmental responsibility.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in private estate management, luxury property management, or a high-level hospitality management role.
