Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of robust machine learning models and data-driven solutions.
- Perform complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to solve critical business challenges.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define analytical problems and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytical initiatives.
- Translate intricate analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
- Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying new techniques where appropriate.

Required Skills
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Scientist role, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
- Expert proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
- Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing).
