Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of robust machine learning models and data-driven solutions.
  • Perform complex data analysis, statistical modeling, and predictive analytics to solve critical business challenges.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define analytical problems and recommend data-driven solutions.
  • Architect and implement scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to support analytical initiatives.
  • Translate intricate analytical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives for diverse audiences, including executive leadership.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and best practices.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI, applying new techniques where appropriate.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and ethical use of data in all analytical processes.
  • Proactively identify new data sources and develop innovative approaches to leverage data for competitive advantage.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in a Data Scientist role, with a strong portfolio of deployed models.
  • Expert proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and SQL.
  • Solid understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and experimental design (A/B testing).
  • Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate complex data concepts and results effectively to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of independently leading data science projects from conception to production.

Preferred Qualifications
