Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) in alignment with industry standards and regulations.
- Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
- Oversee all aspects of quality control, including raw material inspection, in-process checks, and final product testing.
- Conduct internal and external audits to ensure compliance with cGMP, ISO 9001, and other relevant standards.
- Manage non-conformance issues, root cause analysis, corrective actions (CAPA), and preventive actions.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with production, engineering, and R&D teams to integrate quality by design principles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives using statistical process control (SPC) and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
- Prepare and present comprehensive quality reports to senior management, highlighting trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance leadership within a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of cGMP, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality standards.
- Proven experience with statistical process control (SPC) and root cause analysis tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., ASQ Certified Quality Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt).
- Experience with advanced quality planning (APQP) and production part approval process (PPAP).
- Familiarity with specific industry regulations (e.g., medical devices, automotive, food safety).
