Key Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate and timely entry of financial data.
- Prepare and process invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and respond to vendor inquiries.
- Assist with the preparation of bank reconciliations and general ledger entries.
- Support payroll processing activities and maintain employee expense reports.
- Organize and maintain accurate physical and electronic financial records.
- Assist in the month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Perform data entry tasks, ensuring high levels of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and inquiries.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of accounting processes and procedures.
- Undertake ad-hoc administrative tasks as required to support the finance department.
