Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic consulting engagements from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and exceed client expectations.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic recommendations.
- Develop and present clear, concise, and compelling strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and senior leadership.
- Facilitate workshops and collaborate with client teams to co-create solutions and ensure buy-in.
- Translate complex strategic insights into actionable implementation plans and support clients through change management.
- Mentor and develop junior consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth.

Required Skills
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting with a focus on strategy.
- Proven ability to conduct sophisticated business analysis and develop strategic frameworks.
