Job Description

A Senior Manufacturing Engineer – Industrial at Hiring.zycto is a pivotal role, driving process optimization and manufacturing innovation within our dynamic production environment. You will be instrumental in designing, implementing, and continually refining manufacturing processes, equipment, and layouts to maximize efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This position demands a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of industrial engineering principles, and the ability to lead complex projects from concept to completion. You will work cross-functionally with R&D, production, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless integration of new products and processes.

Your expertise will be critical in identifying bottlenecks, reducing waste, and implementing lean manufacturing methodologies (e.g., Kaizen, Six Sigma) across our operations. This includes developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), conducting time studies, and performing capacity planning to meet ambitious production targets. We expect you to be a proactive problem-solver, adept at root cause analysis and implementing sustainable corrective actions. The role involves evaluating new technologies and materials, making recommendations for investment, and overseeing their successful integration into existing production lines.

Beyond technical expertise, we seek a leader who can mentor junior engineers, champion best practices, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for creating detailed project plans, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope. Your ability to communicate complex technical information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences, from shop floor personnel to executive leadership, will be essential. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced engineer to make a significant impact, shaping the future of manufacturing at Hiring.zycto and contributing to our reputation for excellence and innovation in the industrial sector.
