Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical support to internal employees via phone, email, or in-person, resolving basic hardware and software issues.
- Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of computer hardware, operating systems, and applications.
- Troubleshoot common network connectivity problems and assist with basic network device configurations.
- Document all IT support requests, resolutions, and procedures accurately in our ticketing system.
- Learn and adhere to company IT policies, security protocols, and best practices.
- Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects, system upgrades, and infrastructure improvements.
- Perform routine system checks, preventative maintenance, and inventory management for IT assets.
- Assist in user account management, password resets, and access control.
- Participate in training sessions and actively seek to expand knowledge of IT systems and technologies.
Required Skills
