Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information, resolve customer issues, and respond to complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for further investigation and resolution.
  • Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through empathetic and solution-oriented communication.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development sessions to enhance product knowledge and service skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors in a remote work environment.
  • Ensure data privacy and security protocols are strictly followed.
