Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a primary HR point of contact and strategic advisor to global business leaders and employees across assigned regions.
- Drive and support the full employee lifecycle, including talent acquisition, onboarding, performance management, career development, and offboarding for a global workforce.
- Lead complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies across various jurisdictions.
- Collaborate with HR specialists (e.g., Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development) to design and implement global HR programs and initiatives.
- Facilitate and manage annual HR processes such as performance reviews, goal setting, salary reviews, and talent calibration for international teams.
- Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives to support business growth and transformation.
- Ensure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date, compliant with global regulations, and effectively communicated to all employees.
- Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives, fostering an inclusive culture where all global employees can thrive.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends to provide data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
- Stay abreast of international HR best practices and legal developments to ensure continuous improvement and compliance.
Required Skills
- Proven experience as an HR Partner or similar strategic HR role in a global or multi-national organization.
- Strong understanding of international labor laws, HR best practices, and cultural nuances across different regions.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations issues and conduct thorough investigations.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analysis to inform decision-making.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to HR challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
