Key Responsibilities
- Manage incoming virtual communications, including calls, emails, and general inquiries, directing them to the appropriate team members with professionalism and efficiency, ensuring no critical information is missed.
- Schedule and meticulously coordinate virtual meetings, webinars, and appointments, adeptly managing complex calendars for executives and team leads across different time zones.
- Prepare, edit, and proofread a variety of correspondence, detailed reports, engaging presentations, and other crucial documents, ensuring impeccable accuracy and strict adherence to company branding and standards.
- Maintain and diligently organize digital filing systems and databases, ensuring easy retrieval of information, data integrity, and compliance with all relevant data management protocols.
- Act as the primary virtual point of contact for internal team members and external clients/partners, providing courteous, informative, and prompt assistance.
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks, comprehensive expense reporting, and streamlined invoice processing as required, maintaining meticulous records.
- Coordinate ordering and management of office supplies for remote teams (if applicable) and oversee virtual tools subscriptions and licenses.
