Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the branch manager and other branch staff.
- Assist with client inquiries, directing them to the appropriate personnel, and ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and internal communications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems, both digital and physical, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare, review, and process various documents and reports with meticulous attention to detail.
- Support the onboarding of new clients by assisting with paperwork and data entry.
- Coordinate branch meetings, manage schedules, and prepare necessary materials.
- Assist in maintaining branch supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-stocked and functional workspace.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment, actively participating in branch initiatives and projects.
- Handle basic data entry and record-keeping tasks accurately and efficiently.
Required Skills
