Key Responsibilities

  • Operate dishwashing machinery efficiently and safely, following all operational guidelines.
  • Manually wash and sanitize pots, pans, and other kitchen utensils to meet hygiene standards.
  • Ensure all dishes, cutlery, and glassware are immaculately clean, dry, and properly stored.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing area, including floors and surfaces.
  • Assist with basic kitchen prep tasks as needed, such as peeling vegetables or restocking supplies.
  • Manage waste disposal and recycling processes efficiently in the kitchen.
  • Adhere strictly to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations and company policies.
  • Support the kitchen team with general cleaning duties as required to maintain a pristine environment.
  • Promptly report any equipment malfunctions, breakages, or safety hazards to a supervisor.
  • Collaborate effectively with all kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.

  • Reliable, punctual, and possessing a strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
