Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and beverage orders, and process payments efficiently using our POS system.
- Prepare food items according to company standards, recipes, and health and safety guidelines, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including dining areas, kitchen equipment, and restrooms.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, and beverage dispensers.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and rotating ingredients and supplies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints professionally and courteously.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service during peak hours.
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation regulations, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Contribute to a positive team atmosphere and demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt.
