Key Responsibilities
- Clear dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware from tables and transport them to the dishwashing area.
- Promptly wipe down and sanitize tables, chairs, and other dining surfaces between guests.
- Set tables with clean linens, silverware, glassware, and condiments according to restaurant standards.
- Refill water glasses for guests consistently throughout their dining experience.
- Assist servers by running food, refilling drinks, and anticipating guest needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and storage areas.
- Support kitchen staff by ensuring a steady flow of clean dishes and assisting with light prep tasks as needed.
- Communicate effectively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service operations.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
