Key Responsibilities
- Clear and reset tables efficiently and promptly after guests depart.
- Assist servers by refilling water glasses, delivering bread, and providing any necessary items to guests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, including sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces.
- Transport dirty dishes, glassware, and silverware to the dishwashing area.
- Stock service stations with ice, glasses, cutlery, napkins, and other supplies as needed.
- Support the serving staff and kitchen team to ensure a seamless dining experience for all patrons.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and regulations.
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned, ensuring the restaurant is ready for service or properly secured.
Required Skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25-50 pounds regularly.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
