Key Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
  • Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and careful delivery to and from rooms.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, transportation, and events in Toronto, especially in the Upper Beaches area.
  • Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex issues when necessary.
  • Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, including key management and payment processing.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and concierge desk area.
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
  • Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Front Desk) to fulfill guest requests.
