Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival and departure, creating a positive first and last impression.
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring prompt and careful delivery to and from rooms.
- Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel services, local attractions, dining, transportation, and events in Toronto, especially in the Upper Beaches area.
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with professionalism and efficiency, escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes, including key management and payment processing.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting lobby and concierge desk area.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance to enhance their stay.
- Coordinate with other hotel departments (e.g., Housekeeping, Front Desk) to fulfill guest requests.
