Key Responsibilities
- Prepare work areas by covering floors, furniture, and other surfaces with drop cloths and tape.
- Clean and sand surfaces to ensure proper adhesion of paint, including patching holes and cracks.
- Assist experienced painters with mixing paints, carrying supplies, and setting up equipment (ladders, scaffolding).
- Perform basic painting tasks under supervision, such as priming or applying base coats.
- Maintain a clean and organized work site, including proper disposal of waste materials.
- Clean tools and equipment at the end of each workday.
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines on the job site.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working at heights (on ladders or scaffolding)
