Key Responsibilities
- Perform regular lawn care duties, including mowing, trimming, and edging.
- Weed, cultivate, and mulch garden beds and landscape areas.
- Plant and maintain flowers, shrubs, and other plant material as directed.
- Assist with the irrigation of lawns and garden beds.
- Sweep, rake, and blow debris from pathways, parking lots, and common areas.
- Ensure proper disposal of yard waste and other refuse.
- Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, leaf blowers).
- Report any equipment malfunctions or property damage to supervisors.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.
- Provide general assistance with various outdoor maintenance tasks as needed.
