As a Landscaping Crew Member, you’ll be an integral part of our team, responsible for maintaining and enhancing various green spaces, commercial properties, and residential gardens throughout Toronto. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform general groundskeeping and landscape maintenance duties, including mowing, trimming, edging, and weeding.
  • Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other plant material according to design specifications.
  • Assist with the installation of new landscape features, such as mulch, soil, and small hardscape elements.
  • Operate various landscaping equipment and tools safely and efficiently (e.g., mowers, trimmers, blowers) after training.
  • Ensure properties are clean and free of debris; rake leaves and clear walkways.
  • Water plants and garden areas as required to maintain their health and vitality.
  • Follow all safety procedures and guidelines on job sites.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed correctly and on schedule.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment.
  • Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients on site.
