Key Responsibilities
- Assist experienced painters with surface preparation, including cleaning, sanding, and masking.
- Help set up and dismantle scaffolding, ladders, and other painting equipment safely.
- Mix and prepare paints, ensuring correct color and consistency.
- Handle and store paint supplies and equipment properly.
- Clean tools, brushes, rollers, and work areas after use.
- Carry materials and equipment to and from work sites.
- Follow all safety guidelines and protocols diligently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Support the painting team in various tasks as needed.
