Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-level technical support for digital applications, software, and systems via phone, email, and chat channels.
  • Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve common technical issues, escalating more complex problems to senior analysts or specialized teams as needed.
  • Accurately document all support interactions, resolutions, and relevant system information within the designated ticketing system.
  • Assist in maintaining, updating, and expanding internal knowledge base articles, FAQs, and user guides to enhance self-service capabilities.
  • Conduct basic user training sessions on various digital tools and platforms to empower users.
  • Proactively monitor system performance and alert relevant teams to potential issues or service disruptions.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including development and operations, to identify and implement lasting solutions for recurring technical challenges.
  • Support the onboarding process for new users, ensuring seamless access and understanding of required digital services and platforms.
