Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain organized and accurate patient records, adhering to privacy and confidentiality standards.
  • Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and managing office correspondence.
  • Prepare patient charts and ensure all necessary documentation is ready for upcoming appointments.
  • Learn to explain basic treatment plans and financial options under the guidance of senior staff.
  • Ensure the reception area remains tidy, presentable, and welcoming for all visitors.
  • Actively participate in all provided training programs and professional development sessions.
  • Collaborate effectively with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure smooth clinic operations.
