Key Responsibilities

  • Shadow and learn from experienced Retail Sales Floor Leads and Store Management to understand daily operations.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
  • Learn and apply best practices for exceptional customer service, including greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
  • Support sales associates in achieving daily targets and understanding product knowledge.
  • Help with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing backroom areas.
  • Observe and participate in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
  • Develop an understanding of sales data, performance metrics, and reporting.
  • Practice conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques under guidance.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store performance and customer experience.
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
