Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and learn from experienced Retail Sales Floor Leads and Store Management to understand daily operations.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor.
- Learn and apply best practices for exceptional customer service, including greeting customers and assisting with inquiries.
- Support sales associates in achieving daily targets and understanding product knowledge.
- Help with inventory management tasks such as receiving shipments, stocking shelves, and organizing backroom areas.
- Observe and participate in opening and closing procedures, including cash handling and store security.
- Develop an understanding of sales data, performance metrics, and reporting.
- Practice conflict resolution and problem-solving techniques under guidance.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving store performance and customer experience.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
