Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior visual merchandisers in the planning, design, and execution of captivating store displays and window presentations.
- Learn and apply brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency and enhance customer shopping experiences.
- Support the team in setting up and dismantling seasonal promotions, special events, and new product launches.
- Organize, maintain, and manage display fixtures, props, and inventory of visual elements.
- Help to ensure the sales floor remains impeccably organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
- Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a deep understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
- Provide feedback on display effectiveness and contribute fresh ideas for visual enhancements.
- Collaborate with sales associates and store management to ensure visual displays align with sales objectives and current promotions.
