Key Responsibilities

  • Assist senior visual merchandisers in the planning, design, and execution of captivating store displays and window presentations.
  • Learn and apply brand visual guidelines to ensure consistency and enhance customer shopping experiences.
  • Support the team in setting up and dismantling seasonal promotions, special events, and new product launches.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage display fixtures, props, and inventory of visual elements.
  • Help to ensure the sales floor remains impeccably organized, clean, and visually appealing at all times.
  • Actively participate in training sessions and workshops to develop a deep understanding of visual merchandising principles and techniques.
  • Provide feedback on display effectiveness and contribute fresh ideas for visual enhancements.
  • Collaborate with sales associates and store management to ensure visual displays align with sales objectives and current promotions.

Required Skills

  • Demonstrated passion for retail, fashion, design, or visual arts.
  • Exceptional eye for detail and strong aesthetic sensibility.
