Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the coordination of inbound and outbound logistics operations, including scheduling and tracking shipments.
- Support inventory management activities, conducting cycle counts, and ensuring accuracy of stock levels.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to optimize storage solutions and improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities and update relevant systems (e.g., ERP, WMS).
- Help prepare and process shipping documents, invoices, and other administrative tasks.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing supply chain performance.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments to resolve logistical issues.
- Learn and adhere to all safety protocols and quality standards within the warehouse environment.
