Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive training modules covering medical terminology, clinical procedures, and administrative duties.
- Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments under supervision.
- Prepare examination rooms and ensure all necessary equipment and supplies are readily available.
- Take and record patient vital signs, medical histories, and chief complaints accurately.
- Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle incoming calls with professionalism.
- Process patient intake forms, insurance information, and maintain confidentiality of all patient data.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and prepare specimens for external laboratory processing.
- Educate patients on pre- and post-procedure instructions, medication usage, and general health information as directed by a physician.
- Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations, including infection control protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming clinic environment for all patients and staff.
