Key Responsibilities

  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to senior support technicians or development teams.
  • Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and improve support processes.
  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of internal knowledge base articles and user-facing FAQs.
  • Monitor application performance and report any widespread issues.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and empathetic communication.

Required Skills
