Key Responsibilities
- Assist with daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
- Learn and apply inventory management techniques, participating in cycle counts and maintaining inventory accuracy.
- Support the optimization of warehouse layout and flow for maximum efficiency and safety.
- Shadow senior logistics managers to understand supply chain planning, freight management, and distribution strategies.
- Participate in the implementation and utilization of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and other logistics software.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, identifying areas for process enhancement and cost reduction.
- Prepare and analyze logistics reports and data to support decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies within the warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, suppliers, and carriers to facilitate smooth operations.

- Valid G Driver's License.
